Mental Health Support

The Good Mental Health Handbook has been developed by Hampshire CAMHS and parents/carers. Within its pages it contains information, short videos, and workshops to support our children’s mental health challenges including anxiety, bereavement, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, sexuality, substance misuse and trauma. Please access the Handbook here.

Please find attached here a list of organisations that can provide mental health support for parents and children.

Family Information and Support

Many families, at different times, will need extra support for a variety of reasons. Most of the time this can be met through everyday services such as schools, nursery, pre-schools or GPs, but sometimes families might need extra support through a more coordinated approach. Early Help brings professionals together who will work with the whole family to try and improve things for everyone. Please see further information here.

Please find attached here a list of organisations who offer information and support for families.

In addition to this, please find attached 'Practical Sleep Tips' and 'World of Sleep' resources from The Sleep Charity.

Cost of Living Support

We know that many families are going through a difficult time financially and we want to do everything we can to help you and your child. If you’re struggling with your finances, please get in touch to let us know.
